The rate listed is the minimum charge for an on-site service call. All rates include travel time and travel costs to your location. For all services that include piano tuning, the rate includes present pitch tuning.

For all services that include repair, the rate includes the time necessary to provide a total cost estimate.

If you authorize the service completion while the technician is on-site, your service call charge will 100% apply to the total services rendered. Service will only be completed after your authorization. All services

are payable at the time of service.
